FACILITIES & UTILITIES MANAGEMENT – ENGINEERING OUTSOURCING
MEGAMALL MANADO
Located in the downtown of Manado city. Built in the estate of 23 ha, the 45,000 m2 mall will be the part of multi use complex which comprise mall, ruko and cottage. PT. MICROCHEM INDONESIA was honored to do OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE for their HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) included their Gas System for their food court.
We operate 3 units of 600 tr TRANE chiller and 1 unit of 200 tr Mc Quay centrifugal chiller and more than 40 units of AHU and FCU include the split unit which is belong to the building property.
Routine checking and operation for 200 tr Mc Quay Centrifugal is one of our standard procedure to ensure the unit will work properly.
Daily logging is one of our routine jobs. After logging we do analysis and give monthly report to the building manager for planning purpose especially for ENERGY SAVING planning.
Routine preventive maintenance for units such as split unit and electrical panel is our main focus to ensure zero break down at the whole system.
We provide experienced engineers to do operation and maintenance and every 3 months senior experience Manager will do due diligence to review their performance.
MEGAGLODOK KEMAYORAN – MGK JAKARTA
Located in Central Jakarta, which was previously Kemayoran International Airport Built in the estate of 6 ha, the property area is about 58,782 m2 and the usable area is about 265,000 m2, which are consist of :
o One unit trade of Mall,
o two units of office tower
o 142 units of shop lot, and
o One unit of 38 stories of exclusive apartment with 500 rooms.
